Biomind LED light wrist wrap

A flexible 40 × 10 cm band that wraps around the wrist and fastens with Velcro. Inside — 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs and a 10 Hz pulsing mode. Wrist care without effort

Half an hour for the wrist — your hand stays free for the keyboard.

No cable, no appointment, no waiting. You wrap the wrist, fasten the Velcro, press the button — and for half an hour the wrist gets red and near-infrared light while you keep typing, make coffee or turn a page. A routine that fits into a working day.

Plug it in

Charge the built-in battery with the USB cable or power it directly — according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Wrap it on

Wrap the band around the wrist or another chosen area with the LEDs facing inwards and fasten the Velcro — snug, but without restricting your movement.

Choose a mode

Switch it on and choose continuous light or the 10 Hz pulsing mode, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

15–30 minutes

The session length recommended by the manufacturer; choose the frequency according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After the session, switch it off and wipe the surface with a damp cloth — don’t hold it under water.

What’s inside

One band — for the wrist, palm, foot and calf.

A flexible 40 × 10 cm Velcro band goes wherever it is needed today: the wrist at the keyboard in the morning, the calf after a walk in the evening. Two wavelengths, a 10 Hz mode, USB — all for €110. This is the device's physical action as described in the manufacturer's specification — part of well-being and comfort care, not a treatment. TraumaX is a separate programme.

Light

The wrap’s LEDs emit 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LED light onto the wrist or another chosen area. This is physical light, the kind any red-light LED device emits.

Biomind modulates that same light with TraumaX biopatterns — signals of a radionics / energy-information model, which within that model are associated with the informational themes of comfort and energetic balance of the wrist and other body areas.

Yes — the manufacturer lists the wrist, palm, foot, calf and thigh. The 40 × 10 cm band is flexible and fastens with Velcro, so it wraps around areas of various sizes. It is worn on bare skin or over thin fabric, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

How long and how often?

The manufacturer’s recommendation: 15–30 minutes per session. Choose the frequency according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do I need a cable while using it?

The band has a built-in battery and is powered via USB — charge it or connect the cable according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The control unit is small, so your hand stays free.

What is the 10 Hz mode?

It is a manufacturer’s mode in which the LEDs don’t shine continuously but flash 10 times per second. This is a physical light setting, not a claim about any effect — choose the mode according to the instructions and your own comfort.
