Biomind LED light back wrap

A wireless lower-back wrap with a support structure — it goes on like a belt and is held in place by hook-and-loop straps. Inside — 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs, five-level heat and three-level vibration with two motors. Digital display, 5000 mAh battery, Type-C, 20–30 minutes on the sofa. Thirty minutes for the lower back — you sit, the wrap does the work.

No cable, no free hands needed, no appointment. You fasten it like a belt, choose the heat level — and for half an hour the lower back gets light, heat and vibration while you sit at a desk or on the sofa. It switches itself off after 30 minutes, so the routine holds even on evenings when you have no energy left.

Charge it

Charge it fully via the Type-C port before first use — the wrap then works without a cable.

Put it on

Wrap it around the lower back or back so it sits snugly without restricting your movement, and press the hook-and-loop straps closed.

Choose a mode

Switch it on and choose the operating mode and heat level (45–65 °C) according to what feels comfortable. If you like, add vibration — one of three levels.

20–30 minutes

The session length recommended by the manufacturer. After 30 minutes the wrap switches off automatically. Let it cool down and wipe the surface with a damp cloth — don’t hold it under water.

Is it a medical device?

No. It is a well-being and comfort care product for the back and lower-back area. The wrap is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent health conditions, and this page makes no claims about any medical effect.

Will it fit my lower back?

The wrap is stretchy, made of breathable neoprene, with hook-and-loop straps — it wraps around and adjusts to your lower back. It is worn on bare skin or over thin fabric, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

How long and how often?

The manufacturer’s recommendation: 20–30 minutes per session. After 30 minutes the wrap switches off automatically. Choose the frequency according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do I need a cable while using it?

No — the 5000 mAh battery is built in. You charge it via the Type-C port, and during the session the wrap runs wirelessly, so you can sit at a desk or lie on the sofa.

Is the heat strong?

The heat has five levels, from 45 to 65 °C — start at the lowest and choose what feels comfortable. It can be switched off so you use the light alone or the light with vibration; let the device cool down after the session.

What is TraumaX?
