Biomind LED light knee wrap

A wireless wrap that goes on the knee and is held in place by elastic straps. Inside — 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs, adjustable vibration and a heat mode. Knee care without effort

Thirty minutes for the knee — you sit, the wrap does the work.

No cable, no free hands needed, no appointment. You put it on, press the button — and for half an hour the knee area gets light, heat and vibration while you read or watch a film. It switches itself off after 30 minutes, so the routine holds even on evenings when you have no energy left.

Charge it

Charge it fully via the Type-C port before first use — the wrap then works without a cable.

Put it on

Place it on the knee so the LEDs face the knee area and fasten it with the elastic straps. One size fits all.

Choose a mode

Switch it on and choose one of the 5 LED light modes or the 10 Hz pulsing mode. If you like, add vibration or heat.

20–30 minutes

The session length recommended by the manufacturer. After 30 minutes the wrap switches off automatically. Let it cool down and wipe the surface with a damp cloth — don’t hold it under water.

Red and near-infrared LED light, heat and vibration — each would normally need its own device. Here all three are in one wireless wrap for €130. These are the device's physical actions as described in the manufacturer's specification — part of well-being and comfort care, not a treatment. TraumaX is a separate programme.

Is it a medical device?

No. It is a well-being and comfort care product for the knee area. The wrap is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent health conditions, and this page makes no claims about any medical effect.

Will it fit my knee?

One size fits all: the elastic, breathable fabric and adjustable straps hold the wrap snugly against knees of various builds. It is worn on bare skin or over thin fabric, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

How long and how often?

The manufacturer’s recommendation: 20–30 minutes per session. After 30 minutes the wrap switches off automatically. Choose the frequency according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do I need a cable while using it?

No — the battery is built in. You charge it via the Type-C port, and during the session the wrap runs wirelessly, so you can sit in the armchair or lie on the sofa.

Is the heat strong?

The heat mode is switched on separately and can be turned off — you can use the light alone or the light with vibration. If the heat is unpleasant, switch it off; let the device cool down after the session.

What is TraumaX?
