Each has its own distinct effect, but practice shows that structured biopatterns work most effectively — which is why the “I love myself” (Lithuanian: „Aš myliu save“) variant is recorded exactly that way. Yes — that’s what it’s for. Choosing and recording the biopattern is arranged separately; we can advise which would be most useful to you right now.

Why “I love myself” in particular?

It is the core belief — the foundation of well-being. When it is weak, other changes become hard to reach: relationships, goals, a constant need for outside approval. It is worth starting there.

Is this a medical product?
